It is known that every safe flight starts long before taxiing out of the hangar. Safe flying begins with maintenance work reliably done by experienced professionals, with the right tools, documentation and all necessary spare parts
As Aeroprakt service centre, Rotax service centre and an organization approved by Polish CAA for full extent technical maintenance, we provide comprehensive technical service for ultralight aircraft. We carry out scheduled maintenance, repair and replacement of components as well as accident repairs.
SHEDULED MAINTENANCE
We perform sheduled maintenance of the airframe and engine in accordance with the manufacturers' Maintenance Manuals
EXTESION OF PERMIT TO FLY
We are aprroved organization to extend the permits to fly of ultralight aircraft registered in Poland
INSPECTIONS AND TECHNICAL OPINIONS
We verify the technical condition and issue necessary opinions including:
- gearbox inspection
- nondestructive testing
- hardness testing
REPAIRS AND OVERHAULS
We carry out overhauls and repairs of damages resulting from wear or incorrect operation.
ACCIDENT REPAIRS
Comprehensive post-accident repairs, we support the preparation of documentation for insurance companies.
LINE AND HEAVY MAINTENANCE
As a Rotax 912 engine service centre, we are authorized to perform any warranty and post-warranty repairs, including heavy maintenance.
DYNAMIC PROPELLER BALANCING
The vibrations resulting from the imbalance of the propeller are transferred to the engine and further to the airframe. Every day, many pilots are unaware that they have a vibration problem until they notice, for example:
- cracks on the welds of the exhaust system
- oil or coolant leaks from cracks in the radiator welds
- damages to the engine mount shock absorbers
- engine frame cracks
That is why it is so important to regularly check propeller balance. We perform the balancing in a dynamic way using a special Smart-Avionics PB-4 instrument.
